College Football Conference Championship Week is here as well as NFL week 13. This is about to be a great weekend of football and I can't wait for the games to start. There are a lot of plays that I like and have already locked in on this card. I am looking for a bounce back week in the NFL as last week was one of my worst to date. I am already 2-0 after the TNF game and am feeling good about Sunday's slate. I am 54.13% in the NFL this season +19.53u. For College Football, I am looking at profiting for the 7th consecutive weekend. I have been absolutely rolling in CFB and am hitting 59.38% +14u this season. Let's keep the good times rolling with some winning plays this weekend. ORE -9.5 -110 (Or Better)
I am looking at laying the points with Oregon in the PAC-12 Championship game on Friday night. This line got as high as 10 last night but is coming down as more money pours in on Washington. I am seeing 9's pop up and am waiting to bet this game to see if it comes down any further. I am comfortable laying anything up to -10 with the Ducks, however. Oregon is the better team in this matchup by far and the line is telling us that. How is Oregon over a touchdown favorite against a Washington team that beat them outright earlier in the season? This should already get you looking at Oregon. When I dig into this game, I think the line is accurate. After Washington defeated Oregon back in mid October, they have managed to squeak by each and every week since, not looking very impressive in any one game. In 6 wins since the Oregon game, Washington has won by a combined 39 points, and that includes games against ASU, Stanford, and a USC defense that can't stop a nosebleed. Washington was lucky to pull out wins against Oregon State and Washington State in their last 2 matchups and at this point it looks like the Huskies are playing not to lose, rather than playing to win. That is a dangerous spot to be in. On the other hand, Oregon has rolled since their loss to Washington, going a perfect 6-0 and looking great while doing so. The Ducks have the better offense and better defense in this matchup while also having the revenge factor. They are led by Heisman frontrunner Bo Nix who I expect to have a huge game. I like Oregon to roll in this game in what feels like a 41-23 type of game. Give me the Ducks -9.5 or better.
KU -2.5 -110 (CBB)
Let's talk a little College Basketball for our next free play. I am unable to get a "Getting Technical" video out today to talk about tonight's marquee matchup so I figured I'd write about the game here. For those who haven't checked out our college basketball show on our Bettor In Green Youtube channel, I will link our most recent show here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGHoM82xkts&t=979s Be sure to keep an eye out for future episodes as we will often post a couple a week! For this game, I am looking for the Jayhawks to cover the short line at home. This is a huge matchup as UCONN ranks 4th in the country and KU is just behind them at 5. I think the spot favors Kansas here as they are at home and should be fully motivated to beat the defending National Champions. I bet against KU on Tuesday as I thought they were looking ahead to this game, and I believe that was true as they only squeaked by Eastern Illinois by 8 points as a 39 point favorite. There is no look ahead spot for them this week as their next game is on Dec 5 against UMKC who is just 3-5 on the season. The same cannot be said about UCONN who has 17th ranked UNC on deck followed closely behind with a game @ 11th ranked Gonzaga. While it is tough to say UCONN is looking ahead, I think they'll be a little less focused in this one than Kansas will be. Kansas entered this season as the chalk to win it all in March and I think they'll want to prove that they're the top dog this season by defeating last years top team. To be the best you've gotta beat the best. I look for Kansas to have a big game tonight and I think they win this one by close to 10 points. Lay the chalk with the Rock Chalk Jayhawks.
