Masters 2025: Value Bets & Sleepers

Look—I’m not here to give you Scottie Scheffler at +400 or Rory McIlroy at +650. Those are the obvious guys. Yes, they’ll likely be in the mix on Sunday, but for real betting value, you’ve to dig a little deeper. You’ve got to find the guys that no one is talking about—but should be.

So here it is. A few longshots, dark horses, value picks—call them what you want. These are the guys I’m sprinkling for the greatest golf tournament of the year!
Robert MacIntyre (+6000 on DraftKings)
Big Rob is locked in. He’s playing the best golf of his career right now. Only one missed cut in 2025 and four top-11 finishes? That’s consistency. He’s also elite off the tee—arguably the most important stat at Augusta. And oh yeah, he’s a lefty. People have whispered for years that lefties have a slight edge here. Bubba won twice. Phil’s won three times. Coincidence?
MacIntyre doesn’t have much Masters experience, but when he’s played, he’s held his own—T12 in 2021 and T23 in 2022. He’s trending in the right direction, and at +6000, he’s the kind of bet that could pay off big without burning your bankroll.
Sergio Garcia (+8000 on FanDuel)
I get it, Sergio’s 45. He’s been MIA in major discussions. And yes, he hasn’t exactly been lighting it up at Augusta since his win in 2017, (he’s missed the cut more often than not since then). But here’s the thing: Sergio has been cooking on LIV.

He’s already got a win this year, plus three other top-6-or-better finishes. And the best part? His putter—once his Achilles heel—is finally starting to behave. He knows this course better than 90% of the field. If he can avoid the usual Augusta meltdown, he might just sneak into Sunday’s conversation.
Daniel Berger (+12,500 on BetMGM)
Remember this guy? You should. Berger has quietly been on a heater in 2025. Two missed cuts, sure—but outside of that? Not a single finish worse than 30th. That’s legit.
His putter has been 🔥 and his tee-to-green game is sharp enough to make a run. He hasn’t played Augusta in a few years—last appearance was 2022 (T50), and yeah, it wasn’t pretty. But he does have a top 10 finish here from 2016, so the course isn’t foreign to him. He’s not the sexiest name in the field, but with current form like this and a ridiculous +12,500 price tag, he’s worth a dart throw.
Final Thoughts
These are longshots for a reason. I’m not out here telling you to hammer these guys with 5-unit plays. But if you're looking to spice up your Masters weekend, these are three names you’re gonna want on your betting slip. And if you're not feeling a full outright win bet? You can always look at placement bets—Top 20s, Top 10s, maybe even a cheeky Top 5 if you're really feeling it.
