Happy Monday! Let's win some money!!! I have multiple bets in multiple different sports tonight, but let's get into the most popular one; the Monday night NFC North battle between the Bears and the Vikings.
MNF: CHI/MIN
The 3-8 Bears travel to Minnesota to play the 6-5 Vikings. Minnesota won the first meeting at Soldier Field 19-13 back on October 15th. The Vikings are a 3-point favorite at home, and the total is at 43.5.
Being a divisional, primetime game, the under is most likely the play, however I refuse to take primetime unders. It's something that I am not proud of, but have accepted. The over is also too gross for me to take, so I looked elsewhere for the bets.
Justin Fields is back at the helm for the Bears, but does that really matter? Chicago looked great for 3 quarters against Detroit last week, and then did what Chicago always does; collapsed in the 4th quarter.
Minnesota's 5 game win streak ended last week to the Broncos, and I am intersted to see how they respond to a divisional foe.
The Vikings are just the better team, and although Justin Jefferson is out, I still trust Dobbs and the Vikings to get it done. I can't put anymore money on this poverty of a team in Chicago.
MIN -3
Of course one bet is never enough, so I have a couple player props too.
With Foreman out for the Bears, Justin Fields will have to take on more of the rushing responsibilites. Fields got injured with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter in the first game against the Vikings, and Fields still had 46 rushing yards on 8 attempts. His rushing yards is set at 57.5 tonight. Hammer the over!
In addition to rushing yards, with Foreman being out, Fields is a great option for anytime touchdown scorer (meaning he has to run it in, or catch a td). The best line is at +190 on ESPN BET.
The final prop, is more of a fantasy hedge. I am up by 14 and my opponent only has Hockenson. The only way Hock gets above 14 points tonight is if he scores, so I emotionally hedged with a HOCK anytime TD. Best line is +170 on ESPN Bet.
NHL BETS:
I have placed two NHL bets tonight. One parlay, and one straight bet.
COL/TB u6.5
The Avalanche and the Lighting are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Many people are going to look at this line, and hammer the over because of the offensive firepower on each team. What people are forgetting is that Colorado has one of the best defenses in the league as well.
Colorado is going to shutdown the Tampa Bay tonight, and the under should cash easily. 3-1 Colorado.
BOS ML
NYR ML
+100
Let's get square and take the two biggest favorites tonight and parlay them together. Boston has struggled lately, but still remains one of the best teams in the league. They are up against one of the worst teams in the league, the Columbus Blue Jackets. This is a great get right game for Boston.
Another top team in the league is the New York Rangers. They are up against the Buffalo Sabers and are a large favorite for a reason. Buffalo isn't great, and really struggles against the good teams in the league. The Sabers beat up on the weak and that's about it. New York should get it done at home!
NBA Bets:
I have been red hot on NBA totals this year. If you read my last article, I clean swept the slate and went 3-0! I once again have another NBA total that I am playing tonight as my most popular play! Find it below for just $1!
