NFL Week 13 - DFS Values & Plays

November 25, 2025
Uncover top DFS values for NFL Week 13! Maximize your lineup with key insights on player ownership percentages and matchups. Featuring must-starts like WR Michael Wilson—ideal for a winning roster!

Take advantage of the percentage a player is owned! The higher a player's exposure, the better you have to be at choosing other positions. Try to mix in different exposures to create your own unique lineup. Previous millionaire winners have a total ownership percentage of 100.56% each week, and the range between 75%-125% is recommended to increase your chances of winning.

QB: Justin Herbert, $6,500 (2.89% Ownership)

Justin Herbert is an absolute smash-value this week, not in price but in ownership. He’s coming out of the bye fully rested and walking into a dream matchup against the Raiders — a defense that just got cooked by Shedeur Sanders and now has to deal with a far more experienced, far more explosive quarterback. The Chargers carry one of the highest implied team totals on the entire slate and are favored by a wide margin, which screams touchdown equity. Herbert is a near-lock to clear 1.5 passing TDs, and with the extra prep time plus a soft secondary that regularly gives up chunk plays, this sets up as one of those classic “Why didn’t I play Herbert in every lineup?” spots. If you want ceiling at a bargain, this is it.

RB: Devin Neal, $5,000 (3.43% Ownership)

With Kendre Miller on IR and Alvin Kamara now dealing with an MCL sprain, Neal steps into a true starting role at the perfect time. He was a monster at Kansas, setting the school rushing record and showcasing NFL-ready vision, burst, and power, and now that talent is finally backed by real volume. The matchup couldn’t be better either: he’s facing Miami, who rank as a bottom-five defense against the run and routinely give up big gains on the ground. He is dirt cheap and nobody is rostering him.

WR: Michael Wilson, $5,900 (5.81% Ownership)

With Marvin Harrison Jr. trending toward being out or at least limited, Wilson once again steps into a massive opportunity role. He’s already seen a ridiculous 33 targets over his last two games, a level of usage that puts him in elite company and signals true trust from the coaching staff and Brissett. Even if Harrison suits up, Wilson’s recent volume makes it clear he’s not going anywhere — he should remain a major factor in this passing attack. At his current salary, any player seeing that kind of workload is an auto-consideration, and Wilson brings both floor and ceiling in a matchup where he could easily push double-digit targets again.

TE: Brenton Strange, $3,700 (4.89% Ownership)

Brenton Strange is finally healthy again and stepping back into a Jaguars offense that desperately needs reliable pass-catchers. Strange had already emerged as one of Trevor Lawrence’s favorite targets before going down, and the path is wide open for him to regain that role. The matchup adds even more appeal — he faces the Titans, who rank bottom-five in points allowed per game, meaning Jacksonville should be putting up plenty of offense in a tight AFC South race.
